The best Thai food comes from using the freshest ingredients, along with the skilful art of preparation and combining the right ingredients at the right time to create an exceptional dish. Our school offers five fine mouth-watering courses for you to choose from (vegetarian options are available for all dishes in all courses):

Sompon will display a tray of ingredients and will go through each one and explain how to prepare it, how to store it and what can be used as a substitute. Most of this information is already in your cook book, but any extra questions you have we will be happy to answer.
You will make your own curry pastes by using a pestle and mortar. The ingredients will need to be prepared first and then ground to a paste. Sompon will be on hand to help everybody.
We will take you to the market and explain to you all about the different vegetables, herbs, roots and spices being sold, so you can actually see what these raw products look like before they are cooked.
We will teach you how to choose ingredients that are fresh and each person will have their own shopping list (we pay!).
We will teach you the basics of vegetable carving including how to use the knives.You will learn how to make a flower and how to carve leaves.
