An elegant retreat in the midst of tranquility

For those who wish to enjoy only the finest dining whilst in Thailand, come and enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience at the Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School & Boutique Chef’s House. Our multi-course gourmet chef’s dinner will be personally prepared for you by Chef Sompon as you relax. Dinner is served poolside in the elegant setting of the Chef’s private home. The price includes 6 courses of exceptionally-prepared Thai food and beverages. Vegetarian dishes are available for those requesting them.

Pickup time:6pm (18:00)
Dinner:7pm (19:00) to 9pm (21:00)

GOURMET DINNER MENU 1

STARTERS

  • Galloping horses - A mixture of minced prawns, pork and chicken cooked with palm sugar and herb paste. Served on slices of pineapple and orange.
  • Mieng phama - Roasted coconut and peanuts combined with sesame seed and served on pepper leaves.

SOUP

  • Gaeng juut dtang whwa - Cucumber stuffed with minced pork and shitake mushrooms served with a chicken broth.

CURRY

  • Bombay curry with pork and stuffed chilies - A southern dish with quail's eggs, cherry tomatoes and a tamarind flavored sauce. It is one of the King of Thailand's favorite dishes.

SALAD

  • Spicy banana flower salad - with minced pork and prawns. This dish is made using unripe banana flower combined with minced pork and prawns. It has a sour, sweet and nutty taste.

DESSERT

  • Mango with sticky rice
