The Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School offers  you a choice of 5 different courses.  Each course has been designed as a complete one day course so that you will learn the main techniques for cooking Thai food whichever course you attend.  Courses 1 to 5 are run sequentially on five successive days, and then the sequence starts over - schedule details may be found on our Course Schedule page.
