Put the oil into a wok and when it is hot add the garlic and fry until it starts to turn brown.

| 3 | T | light soy sauce |
| 3 | T | oyster sauce |
| 2 | c | chicken stock |
| 1 | t | sesame oil |
| 1⁄4 | t | pepper |

Add all the sauce ingredients and stir-fry to combine. Add the sugar and prawns and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then over a high heat add the tapioca flour and stir-fry until the sauce is thick. Serve.
